Refund and Returns Policy
Overview:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Some health and personal care items
- Books / Manuals
- Products that are opened or used.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- If you have taken an online component and missed the in class session, you wll have to pay a no show fees depending on the course.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Alpha Life Trainers account for future purchase, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email again for the type of refund issued. Then check the method of payment (Bank account)
If payment was made through a credit card and your method of refund payment is credit card then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {alphalifetrainers@outlook.com} and send your item to: {111 - 65 Forest Manor Road. North York. ON. M2J 1M5}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {111 - 65 Forest Manor Road. North York. ON. M2J 1M5}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund & Cancellation Policy Hands-On and Online Courses
At Alpha Life Trainers, we are committed to delivering high-quality training experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for both our hands-on (in-person) and online courses.
Hands-On (In-Person) Courses
Cancellations:
- 14 or more days before course start date: Eligible for a full refund, less a $ 25.00 administrative fee.
- 7 to 13 days before course start date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
- Less than 7 days before course start date: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: Not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Full fees have to be paid again.
Online Courses (Live or Self-Paced)
Cancellations:
- Before course access is granted: Eligible for a full refund, less a $ 25.00 processing fee.
- After course access is granted or login credentials are used: No refund will be issued.
Technical Issues:
- If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our end, we will offer a refund or the option to reschedule or transfer to another session.
Transfers & Substitutions
- Course Transfers: Participants may request a one-time transfer to a future session of the same course if requested at least 7 days prior to the original course date. A $25 transfer fee applies.
- Participant Substitution: You may substitute another participant in your place up to 48 hours before the course begins at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund
All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include your full name, course title, and reason for cancellation in your email.
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days by Interac Email Money Transfer to the registered email.
Course Cancellations by Alpha Life Trainers
In the rare event that a course is canceled or rescheduled by Alpha Life Trainers, participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a rescheduling to a future session at no additional cost.
