Basic Life Support (BLS)

Duration: 4 – 6 hours, Add On Dependant

Designed to build participant confidence in performing CPR skills in a team environment for professionals with a duty to respond. Teaches the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, & perform rapid defibrillation including use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) 

CPR and AED

Duration: 4 – 5 hours, depending on the Level

CPR and AED course provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen. All include training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Courses offer training suitable for workplace or general interest.

Emergency First Aid, CPR and AED

Duration: 6-7 hours

Basic one-day course offering an overview of First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Includes the latest First Aid and CPR guidelines. Meets OHS regulations for Basic First Aid. Exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.

Standard First Aid / CPR & AED

Duration: 13–14 hours.

Comprehensive two-day course offering First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Includes the latest First Aid and CPR guidelines. Ask your self Are you CPR ready?

Emergency Childcare First Aid/ CPR and AED

Duration: 8 hours.

Basic one-day course offering an overview of First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills with a focus on childhood injuries, illnesses and allergies. Course is designed for those in the early childhood education industry as well as for parents & caregivers.  We strictly follows the guidelines and protocols from Red Cross.

Standard Childcare First Aid/ CPR and AED

Duration: 16 hours.

Comprehensive two-day course offering First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills with a focus on childhood injuries and illnesses. Designed for those in the early childhood education industry or those who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies involving children and babies.

Babysitting

Duration: 7 – 8 hours.

Basic First Aid and caregiving skills for youth 11–15 years old. Participants learn how to provide care to younger children in a variety of age groups, and how to prevent and respond to emergencies. Course also offers youth the training to promote themselves as a babysitter to prospective parents.
